A full leaf, dark red mustard.  The advantage of the F1 hybrid is darker colour during warmer periods and more uniform leaf shape and size.  The leaf colour is maintained both on top and underneath the leaf blade.  The leaf is slightly cupped to reduce the incidence of bag stick stick after washing.
